St. Louis office debuts with transportation and wastewater focus
Bartlett & West is proud to call the St. Louis area home to one of our newest offices. Located at 1700-A Gilsinn Lane in Fenton, the office is bolstered by industry veterans.
Jeremey Lay, PE, has more than two decades of experience in water and wastewater treatment, including planning, design and construction administration on projects throughout the Midwest. Over the last few years, Jeremey has helped lead a Bartlett & West team focused on biosolids handling and biogas upgrading facilities for both public and private entities.
Don Wichern, PE, has more than three decades in the transportation industry, primarily spent with the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT). He has worked as district engineer for MoDOT’s Northwest District, assistant district engineer for MoDOT’s St. Louis region, and a construction lead for the Kansas City region. Don joined Bartlett & West in 2018 to work with clients in the St. Louis region. He enjoys building relationships and values the partnerships he’s developed during his career.
Sydnie Schwarz, EI, a recent graduate of Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, joins the St. Louis office as a transportation engineer. Sydnie brings a fresh perspective to roadway and stormwater inspection and design, and she is committed to serving her clients and their communities.
