Magdaleno joins Bartlett & West to grow south Texas transportation market

SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS – Alex Magdaleno, AICP, recently joined Bartlett & West as a transportation project manager to help grow the company’s transportation planning practice throughout south and central Texas. Magdaleno brings 10 years of experience in transportation planning, traffic and safety analysis, corridor planning, multimodal transportation, roadway engineering, construction management, and community planning.

Based in Bartlett & West’s San Antonio location, Magdaleno will serve as a primary lead for the company’s south Texas transportation planning efforts, working with local governments, regional agencies, and transportation partners to develop plans and projects that support the long-term needs of Texas communities.

Magdaleno is an American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) professional active in the Institute of Transportation Engineers, the American Planning Association, and Women’s Transportation Seminar, and has held numerous leadership positions at the local, state, and international levels.
