Robert Pitt is a National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) professional with decades of experience conducting and managing NEPA projects and documents. Robert’s environmental analysis and public involvement experience includes preparation of categorical exclusions (CE), environmental assessments (EA) and environmental impact statements (EIS); air quality and noise impact analyses; noise mitigation designs; wetland and jurisdictional waters delineations and mitigations; hazardous materials investigation; economic and social impact analyses; and facilitation of focus group meetings and public meetings and hearings.
