Challenge

The North Dakota National Guard (NDNG) needed a new facility to support operational, training and administrative needs.

Solution

Bartlett & West designed a new 40,000-square-foot readiness center developed to achieve LEED Silver Certification. Key spaces in the facility comprise classrooms, administrative offices, vehicle maintenance bays, a multipurpose training gymnasium, fitness area, commercial kitchen, locker and shower rooms and storage areas.
