Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve presents Above and Beyond Award to Bartlett & West

The Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) presented Bartlett & West with the Above and Beyond Award on August 4 at the Discover O.P. facility of the Overland Park Historical Society in downtown Overland Park, Kansas. 

The Above and Beyond Award is presented by ESGR State Committees to recognize employers at the local level who have gone above and beyond the legal requirements of the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act by providing their Guard and Reserve employees additional, non-mandated benefits such as differential or full pay to offset lost wages, extended health benefits, and other similar benefits. 

The award recognized Bartlett & West's efforts to support its employees who serve in the National Guard and Reserve Components. Bartlett & West was nominated by SSG Dylan McLane, who is a survey technician in the Overland Park office.
