Bartlett & West recognized as top employer by Prairie Business

Prairie Business, a business magazine published in Grand Forks, North Dakota, again named Bartlett & West on its 50 Best Places to Work list.

The selected companies are highlighted in the September 2025 issue of the magazine, available at prairiebusinessmagazine.com.

To be included on the list, employees throughout the region nominated their companies, highlighting some of the reasons their place of business is a great place to work. Topics include workplace culture and opportunities for employee growth, among others. In all, Prairie Business received more than 1,600 nominations for the 2025 list.

Bartlett & West provides engineering, architecture, construction, technology and other professional services to a wide range of clients. The 100% employee-owned company with more than 475 employees was founded in 1951 and has offices in seven states.
