ENR’s 2022 Top 500 list again includes Bartlett & West

Bartlett & West is proud to announce the company was again named one of the nation’s Top 500 Design Firms by Engineering News-Record (ENR). This marks the company's 15th consecutive year on the list. To be selected as a Top 500 Design Firm, ENR ranks U.S. engineering, architecture and contracting firms annually based on the previous year’s revenue dollar volume, and Bartlett & West came in as number 295.

Keith Warta, Bartlett & West’s chief executive officer, said, “Firms across our industry had similar experiences in the last year—handling challenges filling staffing needs, managing unprecedented backlogs of work and diligently watching Federal infrastructure funding. Bartlett & West was no different.”

“However, our company and ENR ranking has been consistent despite the uncertainty of the past several years. I believe this is entirely attributed to the strength and stability that comes from Bartlett & West’s employee-owners and our commitment to clients and communities,” he said.

After a 38-year career with the company, Warta is retiring from his role of CEO as of June 1, 2022. He will be succeeded by Joe Caldwell, whose 29-year career with Bartlett & West started as a project engineer and most recently including acting in the roles of market leader and marketing director.

Bartlett & West, founded in 1951, has 19 offices in seven states. The firm provides engineering, technology solutions and other professional services to a wide range of clients. Bartlett & West serves local and regional municipalities, DOTs, water districts, rail companies, land developers, architects, private industry and other clients.
