NDDOT Fargo District Driver's License Office Remodel
The Driver's License division needed facilities upgrades and new meeting and office space for administrative staff.
The NDDOT selected Bartlett & West to design the renovation and remodel of 5,000 square feet, plus the addition of 2,000 square feet the existing facility. The project included customer service, waiting, testing and employee areas, as well as restrooms, break room, storage rooms, meeting room and offices.
Close and continual coordination with NDDOT staff was critical to successfully meeting NDDOT’s needs, budget and an aggressive design schedule. Ultimately, design was completed in 2019 and construction is anticipated to be completed in December 2020.
